INDEMNITY FORM FOR PONY RIDES

I hereby acknowledge that horse riding is a risky sport/activity and holds potential danger and that ponies/horses might react unpredictably on occasion. I understand that: 1. I must obey the instruction of the staff and must stay beside my child during the entire pony ride. 2. I understand that my child will wear closed shoes and a horse-riding helmet for the duration of the ride. - The helmet will be fitted before mounting and can only be removed once the child has safety dismounted. - Horse-riding helmets can be borrowed from the Pony Club. Any other helmet (cycling, etc.) will not be permitted. 3. Children must always be supervised by a parent or guardian at all times. 4. The Royal Stables does not accept responsibility for any injury, loss of life or accidental damage that may occur during the pony ride or whilst on The Royal Stables premises. I accept full responsibility for my child and confirm an understanding of the above terms.
